MEASURING GUIDE
This is a guide that allows you to achieve most accurate measurements and sizing for our apparels. To achieve accurate measurements, we recommend you to take these measurements whilst wearing minimal clothing. You can look at yourself in a full body mirror to ensure that your measuring tape is place at the correct spot of your body and ensure that your measuring tape is flat and straight when taking your measurements.
Sports Bra / Tops
1. Bust
Body tilt forward to 90 degrees.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust (usually at the nipple level).
Tilting 90 degrees forward is the most accurate way to measure the bust region as we have deposit of fats on our back and this will be taken into account for accurate bust size.
2. Underbust
Stand upright.
Wrap the measuring tape around your ribcage directly beneath your bust and measure your underbust size.
Bottoms
1. Waist
Stand in front of a mirror and bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist, this is your natural waistline.
This is the slimmest part of the waist.
Stand upright and wrap your measuring tape around at this part.
2. Hips
Stand with feet together.
Locate the widest part of your hips and the fullest part (most protruding part from the side view) of your buttocks.
This is usually approximately 10-11” below your natural waistline, may varies from person to person. Best method is to look into the mirror at your front and side views.
Wrap your measuring tape around this part, ensuring that the tape is horizontal and flat.
