WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?

Empower Activewear is an online athleisure shop located in Singapore. We are established with a mission to offer affordable, chic and high-performing athletic apparels so that our customers can train in style and comfortability. We have an extensive range of designs that can cater to all shapes and sizes and they are highly versatile for all intensity levels of activities.

HOW LONG IS THE WAITING TIME?

All items are preorder except the items under "Instock" category. The usual waiting time is 1 to 2 weeks. However, in view of the covid-19 situation, preorder takes 3 to 4 weeks as it has severely impacted the international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions. As a result, airlines has drastically reduced in airfreight capacity and frequency to Singapore thus resulting in substantial delay. Thank you for your kind patience and understanding during this trying period.

Update (14 August 2020): We have observed an improvement in the delivery time. Currently, it takes 2 to 2.5 weeks to arrive. However, some parcels will still take up to 4 weeks. We would like to seek your kindest understanding if your parcel drags to 4 weeks.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

You can refer to the size guide provided in all of the product page and follow our measuring guide closely for accurate body measurements. Our products are majority stretchable. If you fall in between sizes. You can choose the smaller size for tighter fit or the bigger size for comfort fit. If you need advice on the sizing, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp Business or click on the "Let's Chat!" button.

CAN I EXCHANGE IF THE SIZE DOESN'T FIT?

Unfortunately we do not do exchange if size doesn't fit. Please kindly refer to the size guide (provided in all the product page) and follow the measuring guide closely for your body measurements. As long as your measurements are accurate, the sizing will be correct.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Unfortunately we have not found a reliable and cost-effective courier for overseas customers. Hence currently, we do not ship to overseas. But we will keep this for future consideration.

HOW WILL IT BE DELIVERED?

It will be sent via Qdelivery, customers will be able to track their parcels. Please kindly provide an address where you have somebody to receive the parcel. Qdelivery will only make 3 attempts to deliver. If all 3 attempts failed, buyer will have to pay $4 for a new delivery arrangment.

HOW CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Purchases of 5 pieces and above will be eligible for free shipping.

HOW DO I PAYMENT?

Payment can be made via PayLah, PayNow or POSB transfer. The payment information will be advised at the checkout page.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Kindly note that we are preorder basis. The tracking number will only be sent to the customer once the items have been dispatched from Singapore.

WHY IS THERE MEASURESUREMENT DIFFERENCE IN DIFFERENT PIECES?

Kindly note that these are not defects. There will be +/- measuring difference because every piece is hand sew and not machine-made.
